Chapter 3 Geared Motor Disassembly Procedure and Exploded Views
- JK-VT
- This vertical type is designed and manufactured in the middle-diametric downward direction with the same structure as that of the ¡°HT" Type. When a brake and a clutch are attached to this, operation and shutdown are possible. It is the ideal product that maximizes and optimizes the output revolutions, location and space needed for the users.
- JK-VT Disassembly Procedure
- Referring to this exploded view, unfasten the No.42plug, then remove the oil inside the case. Next, unscrew the No.38bolt to separate the No.37cover from the No.37packing. Unlock the No.40 and No.41 from the case. Unscrew the No.18bolt for disassembly, then separate the No.1case from the assembled No.11motor flange. And unscrew the No.29bolt to separate the No.1case from the No.26flange, then disassemble the No.23shaft in the B to B'©ûdirections, and remove the No.19, No.20, No.21 and No.22 parts before separating the No.25bearing from the No.23shaft. Unlock the No.4shaft to the A-A' direction, remove it from the case, then separate the No.7gear from the No.3key before taking apart the No.2, No.5bearings from the No.4shaft. Next, place the assembled motor flange located on the B side, remove the No.17ring, separate the No.15pinion from the No.16key, then take out the No.13retainer ring, and unscrew the No.12bolt to finally separate the No.11 from the motor case. Clean the case and each part with cleansing oil, replace the worn parts with new one right before the assembly, then inject the specified lubricant up to the proper level before the dry run. Clean up the location where the bearing is mounted with a dry cloth before the assembly. When fastening the No.11, No.26covers, interleave the attached face with a gasket to prevent oil leaks. The reassembly procedure is the reverse direction of the disassembly.
